Alhamdulillah I was blessed to deliver a short talk on Islam & Wealth at Streatham Hill Masjid last night. We discussed the concept of wealth in Islam, contentment, importance of intention when seeking wealth, what to avoid when seeking wealth, halal ways to seek wealth and what happens to our wealth once we pass away (including the importance of having a will), among other topics.
InshaAllah in future we will discuss more technical topics as there were lots of questions on the halal options available that we didn’t get time to answer.
